Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
The Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé Brut ''Cuvée dei Frati'' Ca' dei Frati was born in Lombardy, where the territory bordering the Desenzano del Garda area is characterized by the presence of calcareous-clayey soil, excellent for the luxuriant growth of vineyards. Specifically, the Ca' dei Frati winery, in the La Tür vineyards, cultivates four varieties in particular with the simple Guyot method: Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera. The grapes, having reached maturity and then harvested, are skilfully combined with the aim of creating a sparkling wine with a peculiar pink colour. The Classic Method Spumante Rosé Brut ''Cuvée dei Frati'' Ca' dei Frati is characterized by its olfactory and gustatory complexity, obtained thanks to the alcoholic fermentation first in steel and subsequently in the bottle, as required by the Champenoise method. Thanks to the aging in glass for a period of 24 months, each blend is further enhanced until a fresh and enveloping sparkling wine is obtained, which can easily be considered the flagship of the Lombard cellar.
