The Franciacorta Brut ''Cuvée Prestige'' Ca' del Bosco sparkling wine is the result of careful research lasting more than 30 years, thanks to which the Ca' del Bosco winery has managed to understand how to best combine the Chardonnay blends, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. It all started when Maurizio Zanella, a boy passionate about the wine world, visited the Champagne region, thus learning about the French methodologies for sparkling wine. Back in Erbusco, his hometown, he dedicated part of his life to the production of what is now called Cuvée Prestige. The Franciacorta Brut ''Cuvée Prestige'' Ca' del Bosco fully embodies the terroir of the Franciacorta area thanks to the use of the Champenoise method and the refinement for 25 months in the bottle, which allow the sparkling wine to intensify its characteristics. But what makes it unique and clearly distinguishes it from other sparkling wines is the fact that reserves from the best past years are skilfully combined with the vintage wine: thus a fresh and harmonious sparkling wine is born, perfect for any occasion.
