Dalis Rosé Vigneti delle Dolomiti PGI Rosato is a refined rosé produced by the Endrizzi winery, which stands out for its range of wines representative of the Trentino area. To produce this wine, the company creates a blend that combines the native Teroldego vine with the international Sauvignon Blanc variety. Both grapes express themselves very finely in this area, thanks to the high mineral component present in the dolomitic substrate of the soil. During the cultivation phase, the bunches are thinned out to concentrate the quality. The harvest, separated by type, provides for a further manual selection. In the cellar, the grapes undergo maceration in contact with the skins. The vinification continues separately by variety, even during the refinement, which in the case of Sauvignon Blanc is inspired by a traditional philosophy and involves the use of wooden barrels.
