Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

Prosecco Superiore Dei Casel Extra Dry Valdobbiadene DOCG is produced by the Adami winery which operates on the hills of the Marca Trevigiana. Glera grapes are used to make Prosecco, coming mainly from the hills of the municipalities of Valdobbiadene, Vidor and Farra di Soligo. The ideal climate for this type of grape is temperate, with cold winters and hot summers. The vinification involves soft pressing through the use of pneumatic presses, a fermentation with selected yeasts followed by refinement on noble lees in steel tanks for a period of approximately 3 months. The prize de mousse process instead lasts 40 days and takes place according to the Charmat method also called Martinotti in steel autoclaves. Prosecco Superiore Dei Casel Exra Dry Badobbiadene DOCG is perfect for aperitifs and to accompany snacks, seafood, raw fish or white meats.
