Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Dieci Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut is a wine that is produced at the Buvoli-Opificio del Pinot Nero cellar in Gambugliano. Born thanks to the owner's passion for the precious Pinot grape variety, the company is a classic example of sustainability. The grapes come from Pinot Noir vines, grown on volcanic soils. The cool climate, rich in temperature variations, is such as to favor the full ripening of the grapes. After the manual harvest, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing to extract the must. Fermentation takes place first in steel and then in wood until the moment of assembly. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a stop on the lees for over 10 years, before proceeding with the disgorgement. Dieci Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut is a fresh and elegant wine perfect to be tasted immediately, but also with excellent prospects for evolution for a few years, if well stored.
