Glass
Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry Dirupo is a sparkling wine from the Andreola house that is part of the Prosecco Extra Dry of the cellar. The Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry Dirupo was born in Veneto, on the hills located between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, able to provide the characteristic Glera grape, with ancient origins and flavors of the past. The harvest takes place in the second half of September, with a manual and meticulous harvest that ends with the soft pressing of the carefully selected grapes so as to present the best characteristics. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the sparkling process takes about three months. Finally, before being put on the market, the sparkling wine is further refined in the bottle. The unmistakable notes of this prosecco owe their quality not only to the care with which the preparation process takes place, but also to the environmental characteristics of the Treviso area, unsurpassed for the richness of the soil and the mild climate.
