The Malvasia Istriana Dis Cumieris white wine from the renowned Friulian Vie di Romans winery is a label produced from the grapes of the Dis Cumieris vineyard, cultivated within the Friuli Isonzo DOC denomination area. A great terroir white capable of perfectly narrating the Friulian winemaking art. A wine that has obtained various national and international acclaim and recognitions, including that of the Veronelli Guide, which defined it as an excellent wine. Produced from the vinification of 100% Istrian Malvasia grapes, this white reaches its best evolutionary peak after a few years, but its aging capacity exceeds 10/15 years. A careful harvest carried out in mid-September is followed by fermentation in steel, after which the Malvasia Istriana Dis Cumieris is aged in steel on the lees for 8 months, and finally bottled. Before being marketed, it is still aged in glass for 10 months. The result is a white with a persistent aroma and a fresh sip. A sapid, balanced and full-bodied wine, for a truly unforgettable label.
