Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Langhe are the homeland of Dolcetto d'Alba DOC and of the Chiara Boschis - E. Pira & Figli farm. The company philosophy follows precise standards of organic management in line with the environment and biodiversity. The soils of Helvetian nature are made up of calcareous-clayey marls rich in iron and calcium which favor the good vigor of the plant by guaranteeing its nourishment. Everything takes place according to the rhythms dictated by nature and taking advantage of the excellent climate and terroir conditions. Winters are harsh, but the good temperature ranges and the right exposure favor the perfect ripening of Dolcetto d'Alba grapes vinified alone. The grapes are harvested manually, followed by fermentation in strictly "uncovered" steel tanks with a further 6 months for refinement. The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC wine is ready to drink and has an immediate taste, frank, decisive and very pleasant. Furthermore, if left to rest adequately in the cellar, it can still evolve for up to 3/4 years.
