Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Dolcetto d'Alba Bricco Bastia DOC is a classic wine from the Conterno Fantino winery, located in the heart of Piedmont, in the wonderful Langhe area. The company, with great passion and dedication, has managed to collect the favors of the greatest critics in the world; in addition, it works in a biological regime. The grapes come from the estate's best Dolcetto vineyards, which in this area rich in limestone and clay and favored by the temperate and warm climate manage to reach their maximum expression. The strictly manual harvest and selection of the grapes takes place at the beginning of September, while the vinification and alcoholic fermentation takes place in horizontal steel vats for a maximum of 8 days, the subsequent maturation takes place both in steel and in concrete. Dolcetto d'Alba Bricco Bastia DOC is a light, fresh and dry wine, pleasant and slightly tannic. It is ready to be appreciated on the tables of enthusiasts, but it can remain in the cellar to refine for 1 or 2 years.
