'Dolée' Friulano Friuli Isonzo DOC Vie di Romans 2021

The white wine Friulano Dolée from the Vie di Romans winery is obtained using exclusively Tocai Friulano grapes. The vineyards are located on the hills around the municipality of Mariano del Friuli, in the province of Gorizia, on calcareous and clayey soils particularly rich in mineral salts. This characteristic, together with the excellent microclimatic conditions, ensures the production of excellent grapes. For 40 years, the winery has been making unique wines that have made it a real point of reference in the wine sector. To obtain the Friulano Dolée wine, all stages of the production cycle are treated with the utmost attention. During the harvest, the bunches are carefully selected and then sent for fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently we move on to maturation on the lees and refinement in the bottle. The result is a refined and delicate white wine, with an intense aroma and a light fruity aftertaste. Ideal to combine with elaborate and structured fish dishes.
