'Doran' Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Riserva Andrian 2019

Doran Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Riserva is a white wine produced by the Andrian winery. The plots from which the grapes of the international Chardonnay variety come, which are destined to be vinified alone, are located near Terlano. This area is particularly suitable, thanks to the soils of calcareous origin, with layers of dolomitic rock. The work proceeds rigorously between the rows until the harvest, with manual selection of the bunches. When they arrive in the cellar, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation in oak tonneaux. Both the malolactic fermentation and the subsequent one-year refinement in contact with the lees take place in the same containers. The process ends with a further refinement of three months in steel before the bottling phase. Doran Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Riserva can be tasted with pleasure immediately, as well as following a further evolution of 3-4 years.
