Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The Spumante Brut Classic Method Dubl Esse from the Feudi di San Gregorio winery is a wine born from the desire to experiment with the classic method on traditional Campania grapes: Greco, Aglianico and Falanghina. The grape variety used is Greco and the vineyards, whose age is between 18 and 25 years old, are all scattered among the woods of the municipality of Tufo. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October and the alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks where the sparkling wine remains for at least 6 months before being bottled. The refinement continues for a minimum of 36 months on the lees in the bottle. The result is a unique Dubl Esse Classic Method Spumante capable of reflecting the great potential of the Irpinia area. It is a complex bubble whose Esse of the name recalls the concept of Selection, because this sparkling wine contains only the best of the grapes from the Greco vineyards, leaving an extreme pleasantness in the mouth.
