Description
The Costa Toscana Rosso IGP Duemani from the renowned Duemani winery is a biodynamic red wine, a high territorial expression of vineyards cultivated in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub and the result of mainly manual viticulture. The result of a vinification of 14-year-old Cabernet Franc grapes, this great red is a terroir wine that makes the most of the grape variety. Duemani Costa Toscana Rosso IGP comes from a careful and accurate manual harvest of the best grapes, followed by a skilful vinification in French oak vats, after which the wine ages for a period ranging from 15 to 18 months in tonneaux and barriques new French oak, after which it is bottled without clarification and without filtration. The result is a wine of character, an intense and complex red, for a label that presents a beautiful evolution, this wine is excellent consumed young, but it is extraordinary if left to rest in the cellar for 5 years.
