Description

Emanuela Barzanò Barboglio, the acronym of EBB is revealed. A wine that is dedicated to the founder of the company is followed in every detail: the vinification in small oak barrels of the best Chardonnay grapes, the maturation on the lees for over 36 months to give a fine, elegant, harmonious product. In the glass the structure surprises, the refined citrus liveliness of bergamot, the clear sapidity, supported by the Extra Brut dosage (a very few grams of sugar), which enhances the delicate and aristocratic style of this Franciacorta . Elegance and structure, what else?
