Description
Black Label Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC from the Lunae Bosoni winery was born in the lush Lunigiana area, on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, where the winds coming from the Alps on one side and the Ligurian Sea on the other create the perfect climatic conditions for cultivation of high quality grapes. The winery has been working these lands for 5 generations, using ancient practices with the aim of enhancing the local vines by transforming the grapes into wines with a typical fresh and savory Ligurian character. The Black Label wine Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC best represents the soul of the cellar and the territory; the Vermentino grapes after the harvest ferment in steel tanks at a regulated temperature, the refinement also takes place in steel tanks. The product is a white that is immediately pleasantly drinkable, soft and very balanced, which can maintain its character and organoleptic properties even if kept in the cellar for 2 or 3 years.
