Teroldego Rotaliano DOC red label is a terroir wine produced by Cantina Rotaliana, a Trentino cooperative winery which, since 1931, has stood out for the production of an interesting range of red, white and grappa wines. This label, which perfectly embodies the typical features of its land, comes from the pure vinification of Teroldego grapes, the fruit of 50-year-old vines, grown in the Piana Rotaliana, on sandy, well-drained and skeletal soil. With several awards, including the Oscar Berebene of the Gambero Rosso Guide, the Teroldego Rotaliano DOC Red Label, takes shape from grapes harvested manually starting from the first week of September. After harvesting, the bunches are transported to the cellar, where they ferment and refine in steel. However, before being released on the market, this wine still ages in glass for 6 months. The end result is a red with a harmonious sip, excellent when drunk young (2-3 years). A velvety, soft, round, fruity and full-bodied label, with a clearly evident acid note on the finish.
