Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Exulet Fiano di Avellino DOCG is an intense and structured white wine, produced by the Campania winery Quintodecimo . It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Fiano grapes, which are grown at almost 600 meters above sea level. The vineyard boasts a substrate with a high presence of clay and limestone, on which the vines grow luxuriantly, also thanks to the strong temperature ranges and south-west exposure. The grapes generally ripen at the end of September. Manual harvesting takes place until mid-October with selection of the best bunches. In the cellar the grapes are softly pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place largely in steel vats, while 30% of the lots ferments in first passage oak barriques. The same distinction is maintained in the refinement phase, which lasts for about 10 months. Excellent immediately, Exulet Fiano di Avellino DOCG can reserve pleasant surprises even after resting for 4 or 5 years.
