Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Falanghina Campania IGP represents one of the flagships of the San Salvatore winery, among the excellent wines of Cilento. The vineyards develop within the province of Salerno, being cultivated according to the principles of organic farming. The use of non-intensive practices and a natural preservation of the vines distinguish the Campania maison. The vines are vigorous and the name of the wine derives from the phalanx, i.e. the poles that were already used in ancient times to support the fronds. The best Falanghina grapes are carefully selected in order to obtain the precious wine. After the manual sorting of the bunches, the grapes are softly destemmed. The aging lasts about 8 months and takes place inside large steel tanks. The final result, completed by aging for a few weeks in the bottle, is Falanghina Campania PGI . Suitable for immediate consumption and a refreshing drink, the Salerno wine has an elegantly acidic taste and a decidedly pleasant and intense texture.
