Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Molise Falanghina DOC, from the Di Majo Norante winery, is a harmonious and balanced white, elegant and characterized by good persistence. The manufacturing company is located in the province of Campobasso and has been active since 1800: in fact, it is considered one of the reference points of the Molise wine industry. The company uses only organic fertilizers and follows the dictates of organic farming, thus guaranteeing completely natural wines. As can be seen from the denomination, Molise Falanghina DOC is obtained from 100% Falanghina grapes. It is an autochthonous vine of Campania, originating in the Taburno area and then spreading throughout central-southern Italy. The harvest is done by hand, which is why only the best bunches are selected. The maceration of the grapes occurs in contact with the skins, while only indigenous yeasts are used for the fermentation. The velvety body of Molise Falanghina DOC is also due to the refinement process which takes place for the first eight months in oak barrels, for the following six in bottles.
