Description
The white wine Faye Bianco from the Pojer e Sandri winery is obtained using 90% Chardonnay grapes and the remaining 10% Pinot Bianco grapes. Since 1973, the union between the founders of this winery has made it possible to taste fine wines, enhancing the Val di Cembra area and combining passion for work, artisan traditions and technological innovation. The vines are grown on the hills around the municipalities of Coveli, Pianezzi and Palai, between 300 and 700 meters in height. The calcareous and clayey soils, rich in mineral salts, give life to delicate and tasty grapes that transfer their characteristics to the wines. The production cycle is also very accurate, the result of years of experimentation and hard work. After the harvest, the vinification takes place in small oak barrels and then matures in contact with the yeasts. We then proceed to a long refinement, first in steel and then directly in the bottle. In this way an excellent white wine is obtained, delicate and refined, with a light aromatic aftertaste, ideal for important culinary meetings.
