'Ferruggini' Bolgheri Rosso DOC Chiappini 2020

Ferruggini Bolgheri Rosso DOC is an intense and fragrant red wine produced by the Tuscan winery Chiappini . This label is the result of a blend of local and international varieties, namely Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The owned vineyards overlook the Tyrrhenian Sea, from which beneficial breezes blow, and stand on alluvial soil which guarantees nourishment for the vines. By virtue of organic cultivation, human intervention is limited to essential operations and the use of synthetic products is reduced. The vines therefore develop luxuriantly until the harvest with manual selection of the bunches. In the cellar the grapes are left to ferment spontaneously in steel vats. The refinement continues in the same containers, except for a minimum amount which rests instead in French oak barriques at the second and third passage. Excellent immediately, Ferruggini Bolgheri Rosso DOC can be enjoyed with enormous satisfaction even after 3-4 years.
