Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Fiano di Avellino DOCG is a fresh and fruity white wine, produced by the Mastroberardino Campania winery. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of grapes of the native Fiano variety, known since ancient times. The plots are located near Manocalzati and Montefalcione at about 400 meters above sea level. The vineyards are exposed to the south-east and have their roots on particularly suitable soils, which offer the ideal conditions for the optimal development of the plants up to the time of the harvest. Once the harvest has been completed with manual selection of the bunches, the pressing phase of the grapes is foreseen in the cellar. The must then ferments in stainless steel tanks with rigorous temperature monitoring. This is followed by refinement for a few months, which takes place in glass after the bottling phase. Fiano di Avellino DOCG can be appreciated immediately, as well as following a careful rest of a couple of years in the cellar.
