Fiol Prosecco Extra Dry DOC is born from the beautiful Venetian hills. Produced by the Fiol winery, this sparkling wine is the result of pure white Glera grapes. The vine, with early budding and flowering, prefers soils that are not excessively dry. The best grapes are selected during the harvest and transferred to the cellar for vinification in steel tanks. They are then subjected to soft pressing and selected native yeasts are added to the must obtained. The wine is then made sparkling, according to the Charmat method, in autoclaves for about 40-50 days. The process is slow and gradual, specifically designed to not stress the product and enhance its perlage. The result is a sparkling wine highly appreciated all over the world, a symbol of the Italian Lifestyle. Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Fiol is immediately drinkable and very versatile, it has a pale straw colour, a typical scent of apple, floral notes, with a contained alcohol, a lively but not overbearing acidity which gives it freshness and palatability. savory and lovable, which contributes even more to retaining its so captivating and so inviting character. Fiol is a wine that lends itself well to crudité-based aperitifs and perfectly adaptable to fish and shellfish-based dishes.
