Description
The Spumante "FIVE ROSES" classic method produced by Cantina Leone de Castris is a sparkling wine of absolute excellence, brilliant with a pale pink colour, with a rich fine-grained perlage and with a unique and persistent taste. A sparkling wine obtained from the selection of Negroamaro grapes which is particularly soft, elegant and pleasantly fresh on the palate. Perfect at the table and on all special occasions, Five Roses is appreciated nationwide and exported abroad. Its processing takes place with the Classic Method and the wine is fermented in the bottle for almost 2 months, to then be aged on the lees for a further 30 months. The Leone De Castris winery is a renowned Salento company that has been operating in the area for decades with great professionalism and competence. Today this company offers a varied range of products on the market, from classic red wines to DOC rosés and sparkling wines, among which the "Five Roses" stands out, fresh, inebriating and capable of satisfying even the most demanding palate.
