Franciacorta Rosé Brut "Flamingo" is a sparkling wine classified as Franciacorta DOCG. It is produced by the Monte Rossa winery in Cazzago San Martino, in the heart of Franciacorta. This area, which extends south-east of Lake Iseo, has been known since Roman times for the production of wine: the production of Italy's most famous bubbles begins in the 60s (900th century). "Flamingo" is the name of a well-known casino in Las Vegas and this elegant, dynamic and seductive sparkling wine, honoring its name, aims to evoke the atmosphere of the long party nights of the "American city of entertainment". Franciacorta Rosé Brut "Flamingo" is produced using 60% Chardonnay grapes and 40% Pinot Noir grapes. The two varieties are perfectly balanced, giving the sparkling wine a roundness and freshness that make it one of the most famous and unique products of Franciacorta. Each type of grape is vinified in purity and assembled before aging on the lees, in the bottle, which lasts about 24 months.
