Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Petite Arvine Fleur white wine from the prestigious Les Crêtes winery in Aosta is a label capable of surprising, excellent to drink today and more than interesting if left to rest in the cellar for a few years. A terroir wine born from the pure vinification of the white berries of a native vine, the Petite Arvine. A successful product that since 2010 has obtained in a continuous growing various national and international awards, among the latest arrivals in 2017 that of the Guide Vini Buoni d'Italia Touring Club edition and that of the Yearbook of the best Italian wines edited by the well-known critic Luca Maroni. Produced for the first time in 1992, the Petite Arvine Fleur is obtained from the grapes of the Champorette and Bufferia vineyards in Aymavilles and in those of Frissonnière in Saint Christophe. A manual harvest that takes place at the end of September is followed by vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in steel, after which the wine is aged on the lees for 2 months. The result is a savory and particularly fresh label, a balanced, intense and medium-bodied white.
