'Floreado' Sauvignon Blanc Alto Aldige DOC Andrian 2022

The best vineyards in South Tyrol form the backdrop where the Floreado "Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC Andrian 2019" is born. This label is one of the flagship products of the Andrian winery and comes to life from 100% Sauvignon grapes grown in the homonymous locality of Andriano. The favorable sun exposure, combined with an altitude of only 350 meters, is grafted onto a clayey soil rich in dolomitic rock. This is the perfect environment for the ripening of the grapes which can be harvested at the end of September for the subsequent passage in the destemmer. The must thus obtained is left to ferment in large steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is finally aged on its lees for a period of up to six months, before the final bottling. During this process all the intense organoleptic characteristics of this wine develop in the steel tanks. Floreado "Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC Andrian 2019" is a fresh and enveloping white wine, ideal for consumption throughout the meal.
