The Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is an elegant white wine from Foradori , a reality that stands out for its experimental approach in the vineyard and in the cellar. Intended for vinification in purity, the grapes of the Manzoni Bianco variety are grown in the Fontanasanta vineyard. Here the practices follow rigorous biodynamic principles, in perfect harmony with the rhythms of nature. Thanks to sustainable cultivation methods, the grapes retain the unique sensory profile, given by the dolomitic substrate rich in clay and limestone. During the harvest, the bunches are selected to identify only those perfectly ripe. For the fermentation phase, which lasts for a week, the company favors the use of cement tanks. The refinement instead takes place inside acacia wood barrels and lasts about a year.
