'Fonte del Re' Lacrima di Morro D'Alba DOC Umani Ronchi 2020

The Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Fonte del Re red wine from the Umani Ronchi winery is obtained using exclusively Lacrima grapes. The red grape variety is grown on the Marche hills at an altitude of about 100-200 metres. Here, the loamy soils and the excellent climatic conditions ensure a high yield and quality of grapes. This winery has been working for over 60 years with passion and dedication, experimenting with new winemaking techniques and always producing quality wines. The production cycle of the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Fonte del Re wine is studied in detail. After the harvest and a soft pressing, the must is sent to the alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and subsequently to the malolactic one. We then proceed with the refinement first in steel and then in the bottle. The result is a full-bodied red wine with a good structure, with slight tannic hints and strong fruity sensations. Ideal to consume in moments of conviviality and happiness with friends.
