Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The grapes come from vineyards located in soils of recent morainic origin, shallow soils with pebbles, particularly suitable for producing fresh grapes with good acidity. The hand-picked bunches in full of their organoleptic characteristics, followed the same procedure as the basic Franciacorta Brut with selection of the first fractions obtained from pressing. Franciacorta Extra Brut has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine perlage surrounded by a delicious crown. On the palate it is dry, immediate, with lively freshness, with good flavor and minerality. The nose is broad up to capture the typical hints of citrus flowers and fresh fruit. Ideal as an aperitif based on oysters, raw prawns, tempura and Grana Padano.
