Franciacorta DOCG Nature Pas Dosé was born in the homonymous hilly area, in the heart of Lombardy, and is one of the flagships of the Ca' de Pazzi winery. Fruit of the passion and a pinch of healthy madness of two young entrepreneurs, the Ca' de Pazzi winery has created a line of sparkling wines linked to tradition, but innovative and unconventional. The grapes used for the production of this sparkling wine are Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. Franciacorta is an ideal area for vines, with a Mediterranean climate, thanks to the Alps which keep it sheltered from Atlantic frosts; the soil, rich in sand and silt, is very fertile. The vinification process of Franciacorta DOCG Nature Pas Dosé involves the first fermentation in steel barrels, followed by refermentation in the bottle according to the classic or champenoise method. Subsequently there is aging on the lees for 48 months. This Franciacorta is characterized by its fine perlage, elegance and freshness. It is a ready-to-drink wine, but which has qualities that allow it to evolve with interesting results over the years.
