Description
This Rosé is obtained above all from Pinot Noir grapes (85%), whose history and quality are traditionally known. The soft pressing of the grapes and the right maceration time on the skins give the bases of this wine a certain character, complexity and gustatory persistence. Chardonnay completes the cut (15%) to achieve the perfection of balance. The refinement in the bottle for at least 28 months on the lees gives this Franciacorta an elegance, finesse and complexity that are truly noteworthy. It has a soft and abundant foam; on the nose the marked notes of wild berries and ripe fruit are enhanced. On the palate it is full, soft and with good body. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with cured meats, grilled white meats and blue or aged cheeses.
