Freisa Langhe DOC Almondo Giovanni 2021

Freisa Langhe DOC is a wine produced at the Almondo Giovanni di Montà winery. The company boasts a centuries-old origin and thanks to the combination of tradition and innovation it represents one of the best realities in the Langhe area. The grapes come from Freisa vines grown on lands exposed to the South at an altitude of 350 meters and rich in limestone, sand, clay and silt. The temperate climate helps to give greater expression to the plant. In the vineyard and in the cellar, all the processing phases are carried out directly by the members of the family. After the harvest, fermentation takes place in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts for about 12 days. Then we proceed with the refinement for a period of 6 months in steel tanks and finally the bottling and placing on the market. Freisa Langhe DOC is an intense and structured wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can evolve in the cellar for a few years before being tasted.
