Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is a fragrant white wine, made by the renowned Livio Felluga winery. The label is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the native Friulian vine, previously known as Tocai. The vines are grown on the owned territories, near Rosazzo, where they enjoy particularly favorable conditions for optimal development. After the manual harvest which takes place towards the end of September, the grapes are transported to the cellar. Here they are destemmed and quickly macerated before being softly pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks and requires rigorous temperature control. The wine then ages for about six months on the fine lees and a further two months after bottling. Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is excellent immediately, but can reserve pleasant surprises after two years of rest in the cellar.
