Friuli Colli Orientali Friulano DOC RONCORELI 2015

Friuli Colli Orientali Friulano is a white wine with controlled designation of origin that comes from the Ronc Soreli cellar, a well-known winery, known for its great experience and passion in the sector, where quality and excellence are the hallmarks of their production. The Ronc Soreli farm is located in the province of Udine, in a wonderful village of Novacuzzo in Prepotto. The vineyard area is characterized by a combination of soil, climate and grape variety which is optimal for the luxuriant cultivation of native vines. The grapes grown for the production of Friuli Colli Orientali Friulano DOC are white berried. After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in large steel tanks, once the delicate fermentation process is complete, the wine undergoes refinement in cement and steel tanks for about nine months. Balance and persistence are excellent elements for a wine to be savored in company.
