'Gale' Pecorino Falerio DOC Garofoli 2020

The Falerio DOC Pecorino Gale from the prestigious Marche winery Gioacchino Garofoli is a very pleasant white wine, the result of a single-variety vinification of Pecorino grapes. Belonging to the Linfa line, Gale is a ready-to-drink white, a wine designed to meet the needs of all those looking for a high-quality label. Excellent representative of Marche enology, this wine comes from vineyards cultivated in the hilly area of Ascoli. An excellent white, worked with abundance and meticulousness, the result of a harvest carried out only and exclusively when the grapes have reached complete ripeness; a soft pressing follows, a cold cleaning of the must and a fermentation at a controlled temperature, after which the Falerio DOC Pecorino Gale is aged in steel. The result is an extremely fine wine, which stands out for its freshness, a white with a good structure to be drunk young. Soft, complex and very pleasant.
