Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
In the Val d'Adige on the hills between Bolzano and Merano, Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC is born, an excellent product from the Andrian winery , one of the best-known cooperatives in Alto Adige. The vineyards of the approximately 70 members of the cooperative extend for 80 hectares in the Terlano area, where the winds that blow from the Dolomites and the calcareous soil create the perfect geographical and climatic conditions for the cultivation of one of the most typical varieties of the area. Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC is processed in a natural way and with total respect for the characteristics of the grapes, a process that highlights the salient features of this wine with the scent of tropical fruit with floral hints and spicy notes. The fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and the maturation for about 6 months is carried out in steel on the fine lees. In this way the product can be consumed immediately but it can also be left to rest in the cellar for 3 or 4 years. The end result is an aromatic and compact wine, pleasantly fresh and with an extraordinarily pleasant taste.
