Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC Franz Haas 2022

The delicious Gewürztraminer grapes make it possible to obtain the excellent Alto Adige Gewürztraminer DOC white wine from the Franz Haas winery. The products of this cellar, which boasts a very long tradition dating back to 1880, are synonymous with excellence thanks to the skilful combination of craftsmanship, experience and the pursuit of technological innovation. The Gewürztraminer grape finds in the clayey soil of Alto Adige the ideal place to grow and supply delicious grapes, thanks also to the suitable climatic conditions. Each phase of the production cycle is followed with particular attention, right from the harvest, where only the bunches that have reached the right ripeness are selected. After a short maceration, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks until the maturation and refinement that takes place in the bottle. The result is a delicious white wine, highly aromatic, with a large olfactory bouquet, good body, with a delicate balance between freshness and aroma and with a light fruity and spicy aftertaste.
