Description

The hills of Alto Adige represent the ideal area for the cultivation of Gewürztraminer grapes, the raw material for obtaining the Alto Adige Gewürztraminer DOC "Campaner" white wine from the Cantina di Caldaro winery. This company was born from the union of two centuries-old wineries. The Cantina dei Contadini and the Cantina del Giubileo have teamed up to ensure environmentally friendly cultivation and valorisation of South Tyrolean products. All trying to enhance the distinctive characteristics of each local product. The production cycle of this wine is followed with meticulousness and care to ensure the creation of a product of excellent quality. Since the harvest, in fact, every aspect is studied in detail. Maturation takes place directly on the lees and then fermented in steel tanks and subsequently refined in the bottle. The result is a very characteristic, elegant and refined wine, which stands out mainly for its perfume and very aromatic bouquet.
