The Gewurztraminer 'Kastelaz' from the Elena Walch winery is considered one of the most representative wines of the South Tyrolean territory. At first glance it reveals itself as complex and decisive in showing its aromatic charge. The wine has a particular freshness which is balanced by a savory note which contributes to making it perfectly balanced. Fine, elegant and with a great taste, it closes the tasting with a long and persistent finish. The bitterish aftertaste is pleasant.
