Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

For several decades, this vine of French origin has been successfully living in Alto Adige, expressing high levels of quality.

The grapes come from different and selected vineyards, in the hamlet of San Paolo in the municipality of Appiano. After the harvest, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. The wine then refines in the same containers, on yeast residues, placed in continuous suspension, for a period of 5 – 7 months. It does not carry out the malolactic transformation.

The nose expresses great elegance and therefore the classic aromas attributable to the variety. Thus we perceive elderflowers, celery, tomato leaves and among the aromatic herbs, small gusts of mint. There is no shortage of exotic fruit and traces of white flowers, especially the white rose. On the palate it confirms the expectations. The entrance is of good consistency and extends with elegance. The hardness, represented by acidity and minerality, provide it with excellent structure and consequently pleasantness in drinking it. In balance between the various forces, it is overall of excellent workmanship.
