'Gibelè' Zibibbo Terre Siciliane dry IGT Cantine Pellegrino 2021

Gibelè Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT is a dry white characterized by a marked aromatic texture which Cantine Pellegrino 1880 obtains thanks to the vinification of pure Zibibbo grapes. These are born on soils of volcanic origin with a mainly clayey composition, located in the province of Trapani, a few meters above sea level. They also enjoy a mild climate with rather windy summers. The bunches are harvested in early September and then gently pressed. The must obtained ferments in steel containers at a controlled temperature, a step which allows to enhance its fruity and citrus notes. At the end of this production process, the wine is finally bottled, but not before having spent a few months in refinement. In this way Gibelè Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT is obtained which is best appreciated if drunk immediately.
