Goldmuskateller / Moscato Giallo AA DOC Winery St.Pauls 2022

The Goldmuskateller/Moscato Giallo Alto Adige DOC is a fragrant white wine made by the Kellerei St.Pauls winery. The label is obtained from the pure vinification of Moscato Giallo grapes, an uncommon variety that finds the ideal environment on the South Tyrolean slopes to grow luxuriantly. On the vineyards located about 300 meters above sea level, the vines sink their roots into a sandy and clayey substrate. Once fully ripe, the grapes are selected by hand in the vineyard before being transported to the cellar. Here the process begins with soft pressing and continues with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. In the same containers the wine remains until the spring following the harvest, refining its scents before bottling. Goldmuskateller/Moscato Giallo Alto Adige DOC is a white wine that can be satisfactorily enjoyed immediately, as well as after resting for a couple of years in the cellar.
