Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

This is Franciacorta that represents the innovative spirit that has always guided Barone Pizzini, today the first organic Franciacorta. Baron Edoardo Pizzini founded a golf facility in 1927, one of the first in Italy. In an original period film, a lady plays golf and becomes the symbol of the club house, as well as great emancipation. Today the female figure is the symbol of the new Franciacorta Brut, enveloping and captivating, velvety and full of character. Produced with grapes: 95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir, aged on the lees for about 2 years. According to the labeling rules for organic products, this wine bears the wording "organic wine" on the bottle. It is the result, like the other Barone Pizzini wines, of the choice towards processing methods, in the countryside and in the cellar, aimed at guaranteeing a superior quality of the wine, preserving intact the characteristics that an uncontaminated nature can give to the grapes. All the Barone Pizzini vineyards, in Franciacorta, in Tuscany (Poderi di Ghiaccioforte) and in the Marche (Pievalta) are certified according to the organic viticulture regulations.
