Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Granazza Sulle Bucce Barbagia IGT is a white wine made by the Sardinian winery Sedilesu , a production reality that interprets the local terroir in an innovative way. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of grapes of the rare Granazza variety, a clone of the Vernaccia vine common in the denomination. The vineyards are located near Mamoiada, where the rich mineral composition of the substrate and the microclimate create the ideal conditions for the development of the vines. Once the ideal level of ripeness has been reached, the bunches are harvested by hand. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vats and concrete tanks. In line with the style of orange wines, there is a maceration in contact with the skins for about 5 days. The refinement involves the use of fine French barriques, where the wine remains for three years. Perfect immediately, Granazza Sulle Bucce Barbagia IGT can reserve pleasant satisfactions even after 3 or 4 years of rest.
