Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The Grande Cuvée Edition 170 Brut Champagne AOC is produced at the Krug cellar in Reims. A story that has been handed down for more than a century characterizes the company, one of the most important production realities in France. The grapes come from the Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Meunier vines, grown on soils rich in limestone, clay and chalk, located at about 300 meters above sea level. The plants enjoy a continental climate which favors greater structure. After the harvest and the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place in oak barrels. This special Cuvée is the result of a blend of 120 base wines from 10 different years that age in the cellar. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method and the refinement takes place on the lees for about 6 years. The Grande Cuvée Edition 170 Brut Champagne AOC is elegant and structured, perfect to be tasted immediately, but can evolve in the cellar for over 10 years.
