Grappa Amorosa di Settembre is the spearhead among the proposals of the Poli Jacopo Venetian distillery. Queen among the fine vintage distillates produced by the company, it gives the glass all the aromatic intensity that distinguishes the vine from which it is obtained: the Vespaiolo grape, whose white and fragrant berries are an attraction for wasps and bees, here the origin of the name, during the harvest. Grappa Amorosa di Settembre was born in 1983, when the Poli family decided for the first time to distill the marc of the Vespaiolo grape from the Breganze area and, precisely, from the Bartolomeo Beato cellar. Thus began the production of what is now considered a true elixir among soft and gentle grappas, increasingly in demand by customers from all over the world. To determine the elegance of the distillate contributes, together with the value of the vine, the artisanal distillation carried out in a copper still. Simple and with a natural floral aroma, it is a bottle suitable for any occasion and capable of gracefully enhancing the genuine goodness of the Veneto terroir from which it comes.
