Grappa 'Due Barili' Poli Jacopo 70 Cl Wooden Box

Due Barili grappa is a product of excellence offered by the historic Jacopo Poli distillery, which has been operating in the Veneto region since 1898. At the base of the distillate is a blend deriving from Prosecco, a true symbol of Italian viticulture. It is also accompanied by pomace with an intense aroma of flowers and herbs, which give the grappa a full and satisfying sensation. The manufacturing process is artisanal and has followed the same procedures for over 3 generations, in order to guarantee a product with an unmistakable flavour. The distillation is carried out under vacuum in a bain-marie in a particular alembic of the distilleries, which takes the name of Crysopea. Aging is double and is carried out in two types of barrels, French oak and old sherry barrels, for a period of time of no less than 4 years. Due Barili grappa offers persistent and harmonious sensations, both on the palate and on the nose.
