Grappa Po' di Poli Morbida is characterized by a velvety body, a wide sip and a balanced and decisive finish. The distillate is a product of the Poli Jacopo company, founded at the end of the 19th century in Schiavon, in the Veneto region: the distillery relies on traditional techniques to make authentic, handcrafted distillates with great personality. Copper stills and small boilers are used and the distillation is carried out in a bain-marie, according to the classic processing methods. For Grappa Po' di Poli Morbida, pomace of Moscato Bianco and Moscato Giallo grapes are used, harvested by hand in order to select only the best bunches. The individual vines, however, are distinguished by harvest times, vinification and origin, a factor that guarantees the eclectic but harmonious character of the distillate. This technique, known as "polivitigno", is typical of the Poli company and is a clear demonstration of the desire to create unique, original, absolutely non-industrial products.
