The Gravello of the Librandi company comes from grapes grown in an area formerly called 'Magna Grecia'. The family carries out a work suspended between tradition and innovation making use of the support of local winemakers whose experience goes back a long way. The vines used for its production are 60% Gaglioppo and 40% Cabernet Suvignon. The two varieties manage to blend harmoniously to give elegance and refined balance to the wine. The choice of using international vines is also dictated by the discovery that they live well in Calabria. The region has micro-zones that are very different from each other and with unique soil and climatic characteristics. Gravello represents all this through its elegance, structure and noble tannins. Silky and enveloping, it manages to express all the essence of the region. The winemaking process aims to keep the organoleptic characteristics of the starting grapes intact. The wooden passage that enhances the sensory kit is fundamental. Fruity and spicy notes make up the complex bouquet of this structured and powerful wine. Its strengths are the softness and the long final persistence.
